Sigh. I'll never understand why people think asking such questions is acceptable. Did anybody tell you "Your English is so good!" yet? If they do, tell them theirs is good too. My friend does that, they shut up every single time.

I have had people say to me, "Do they teach English in Pakistan?" and I'm like... yes...some people learn it and some don't. What am I supposed to say? We need to have a blog/site anything where we could all come together and have American friends and acquaintances so they could understan us better!
After 3 months straight of being asked that question I changed my response to "We watch a lot of hollywood movies back home, I picked it up from there"
Some people still ask me that, and Ive been here 6 years. sheesh
